We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
- Coverage: United States only — we do not currently ship internationally.
- Processing: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Delivery: typically 5–10 business days after processing. Estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by carrier and location.
- Tracking: a tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships.
100-Day Money-Back Trial & warranty
Every TrueRead Pro is backed by our 100-Day Money-Back Trial. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Beyond the trial, your device carries a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Returns
- Email support@gettrueread.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and an address.
- Ship the item back; once received and inspected, we issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives defective or damaged, we cover return shipping and replace or refund it in full. We do not charge a restocking fee.
