Intended use & important safety disclaimer

TrueRead Pro is a personal breath-alcohol screening tool for informational use only. It is not a medical device and not an evidential or legal instrument, and its readings are not a substitute for professional, law-enforcement, or court-admissible testing. Never use TrueRead to decide whether it is safe to drive — alcohol affects everyone differently and your blood-alcohol level can keep rising after your last drink. The only safe amount of alcohol before driving is none. Always follow the product instructions for the most accurate reading. You are solely responsible for your decisions and conduct. Do not drink and drive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueRead is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product or site. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product. Except for the express warranty in our Refund & Return Policy, products are provided "as is" without other warranties to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
