100-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, contact us within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return. Email support@gettrueread.com with your order number and reason for return; we'll reply with return instructions and an address. Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping. Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If the item arrived defective or damaged, we cover return shipping and replace or refund it in full. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please return the device with its mouthpiece(s) and packaging where possible.

2-Year Limited Warranty (separate from the trial). Beyond the 100-day trial, TrueRead Pro carries a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device fails under normal use within 2 years, we'll repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal sensor drift addressed by our recalibration program.
